2018 Films Coming Soon
So we're halfway through 2018 and we've already had a great load of films be released. Whether it be studio blockbusters, such as Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War, or small indie features, such as Hereditary and First Reformed, 2018 has brought some fantastic films big and small for audiences to see. There's still plenty more to come and without mentioning the big name ones, I'll be here to tell you a few under-the-radar films that people should definitely put on their calendar.

Art School in a Nutshell
I recently finished my freshman year of college at the Savannah College of Art and Design and it was quite an experience. Being an art school, many people think of all kind of different things when they hear the name. Well, I can tell you that a lot of them are true. I'm majoring in film and so are a lot of other people. But then there are all the other majors there, such as, illustration, animation, sequential art, performing arts, photography, fibers, and most surprisingly, equestrian studies.

Ingmar Bergman
Swedish director Ingmar Bergman's 100th birthday is coming up on July 14 and what better way to celebrate him than to reflect upon his work. Bergman started out as theater director before transitioning over into film directing, though he had always had a knack for the magic of the silver screen. He talks about how when he was young, he had received a magic lantern projector for Christmas and became enamored with the short animated film that came with it, sticking with him throughout his life.
